TRUFFLEicious is an independent business based at Great Chalfield, Wiltshire, in a stable we converted into a 5* hygiene registered kitchen, within the grounds of Great Chalfield Manor. I am registered as a food business with Wiltshire Council & hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate.
Having worked as a cook for more than 40 years mainly in private family houses for Polo functions and at Harrods.

You can sample a selection of my totally homemade food, including Light Lunches, Salads, Cakes, Chocolates, Ice Cream, etc on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 12.30-3.30 in my Stable Kitchen at Great Chalfield Manor. (National Trust Entrance Charge applies) from 12.30-3.30 between Easter Sunday, 1st April & 30th October 2018.

I can come to your home or a venue of your choice, give you an overview of food hygiene and teach you how to cook almost anything you would like to learn. I can also suggest new ideas to enhance your skills & repertoire turning you into a foodie phenomenon. Together, using my knowledge of food development & recipe creation you will soon be able to create your own delicious dishes & be the envy of your friends.
Tuition is available as 1 to 1 tuition or in a group of up to six people. Larger group tuition is available on request.
